Middle School Coed Soccer has two teams this year, Red and Blue. The Red team opened up the season with a win Vs RJ Baskets girls team 10-1. We only had 4 practices to prepare, but the athletes came ready. Mac jumped out to a quick 4-0 lead off some fantastic passing and assists. The defense gave up a tough goal when the ball took a strange bounce and found the net. From that point, Mac never allowed a serious challenge to the goal.
Halftime score was 9-0. The second half, we focused on precision passing and shots from outside the goal box.

Leading Mac was Evan Oglesby with 3 goals and Kevin Nord with 2 goals and an assist. Corey Nord, Kaden Hanson, Sophia Kenworthy, Colton Beebe and Garrett McManus all scored goals. Bennett Isenberg controlled the middle of the field and ended with 2 assists. Sophia McKinley, Andrew Carson and Kaden Hanson all had assists as well.
The next game will be next Wednesday at Western.
