Maconaquah High School vs Pioneer High School
133 46

The boys won all 12 events last night. Bryant Teegardin touched out Peter Rider from Pioneer in the 100 Butterfly by .02sec. He dropped 2 seconds from his time Monday. He also had a best time in the 200 IM. Jobe Ulshafer had best times in the 50 free and 200 free relay. Brandon Smitley swam the 500 for the first time on December 13th. His time was 7.22.46. Last night he swam it for the second time in 6.22.22. A one minute drop in about a month. He has been working harder and harder in practice each week. The Golden Goggle Award goes to Logan Schultz. I talked to him at school about needing him to go under 6 minutes in the 500 to make our Conference line-up stronger. I asked and he delivered. He dropped 16 seconds going 5:54.41. He also dropped 2 sec in the 100 free and accomplished a goal of going under a minute. We have one more tune up Monday at Lewis Cass before conference.
