Mac Student-Athletes,

Below are two different workouts, using limited equipment, that you can be doing to stay in shape during this crazy time.  Your coaches may have their own workouts for you but if not, here are two different workouts you can follow to help keep in shape and increase your strength and conditioning.  It is important that you keep working out during this crazy time so you don’t lose all the work you’ve put in throughout the year.  Look over both workouts carefully before you start so you don’t miss important information.  Get after it and continue go get better.  Be relentless and push yourself to get better.
