The boys gave it their all in the effort to repeat as champions but Wabash came out on top. When scoring the meet as listed on the heat sheet, we were to place exactly where we did. Nolan Kelly came out as the 400 Conference Champion with a PR of 51.71. He had a few PRs on the night with the 4×800 team consisting of Kelly, Chance Hagan, Sam Bourne, and Hayden Maiben posting a 8:45.93 to finish 3rd and the 4×400 team finishing with a 3:40.9 (Kelly, Hagan, Bourne, and Corbin Middlekauff) to place 4th. Both Bourne and Maiben PR’d by 2 sec in the 1600 with Bourne finishing 6th. Other placings in the meet were as follows:

We head into the last stretch of the season as we prepare for sectionals, which are next Thursday at Kokomo with a 5pm start, trying to move guys onto regionals.
