In game 2 of the young JV season, the Braves were victorious with a win over the Blackford Bruins 43-24. The Braves took control early in the contest and never relinquished. The Braves were lead by Averi Miller with 16 points, 4 rebs, and 2 stls. Makaylah Castelow was also in double digits with 12 points and 10 rebs. Tara Wagoner had 4 points, 4 rebs, and 4 stls.  Molly Nord had 4 points, 2 assists, and 5 rebs. Ava Snyder had 3 points, 3 rebs, and a steal. Emma Kleppinger had 2 points, 3 rebs, and a steal. Rounding out the scoring was Kianna Sharp with 2 points and 7 rebs. Also contributing to the win was Rachel Gunion with 3 assists and 2 steals. Rachel Eby with 1 assist and 3 rebs and Atlanta Huckleby with 7 rebounds. The Braves are now 1-1 on the season and will play Manchester this Saturday with a 6:15 tip-off.
