Maconaquah Summer Speed/Agility/Strength Training
Beginning June 4th and ending July 27th
(Off the week of July 4th)
Monday – Tuesday – Thursday – Friday
Two times to choose from: 8:00-9:00AM and 5:30-6:30PM
(Don’t be late to workouts)
For ALL Maconaquah High School Students
7 weeks total = 28 Days
***Students making it to at least 24 days (6 weeks) of the 28 Days will receive an Under Armour T-shirt.
Other Important Information
The times listed for each sport on the calendar below are for team practices. Students can email coaches for more specific details of practice dates and times.
Athletic Physicals and Online Form must be completed before you can participate in any kind of summer workouts being June 4th, 2018. Go to MacBraves.com can click on the “FORMS” tab for more information.
Official Fall Practices will start July 30th, 2018 with girls Golf starting on July 27th. Please check MacBraves.com for updates throughout the summer.
The Spring Athletic Banquet will be on Wednesday, June 6th @ 6:00PM in the Auditorium. If you you cannot attend you must notify Mrs. Greene or me by Monday, June 4th. All Spring Awards must be picked up by Friday, June 15th.
IHSAA Moratorium is July 2nd – July 8th (no athletic activities during time).
