Game Recap

The Lady Braves season has come to a close. We saw glimmers of quality basketball being played but not enough to match the quality of basketball played by our opponent. Northwestern is a state caliber type of team and we hope to demonstrate that one day we too we will be capable of being a similar type of team. We saw individuals grow tonight and from the start of the season until now we have seen great strides in the direction we want to head. We will take a much needed break and rest and get back at improving as basketball players soon enough. Our Chris Ousley All-State Insurance Agency, “Your in Good Hands with Chris and All-State”, Impact Player of the Game was Brittany Lamb. Brittany attacked the basket better than she has all season, which is something we have been encouraging her to do. She finished with 4 points and a rebound. We hope to see Brittanie continue to advance in her point guard skills and be able to lead this team from that position through the spring and summer and into next season. Courtney Turcheck had 5 points, Ashley Jess had 3 points, 4 rebounds, and an assist. Renae Stoll had 2 points, an assist, a rebound, and 2 steals. Kirsten Dinn had 2 points, a rebound, and an assist. Emily Collins had 2 points. Kate White had a point and a rebound. Grace Hann had 2 rebounds and 2 assists. Syenna Powell had an assist and a steal.
