Maconaquah High School
The Peru Tigers took the opening kickoff and scored two plays later setting the tone for a 43-3 victory over the Maconaquah Braves Friday evening. The hosts took a 15-0 at the end of the first quarter and never looked back amassing 515 yards total offense. Peru led 31-0 at the half and pushed it to 43-0 after three periods, before Ethan Larason’s 22-yard field goal with 9:09 left in the game got the Braves on the board. Jarred Spohn led Maconaquah
with 48 yards on 13 carries. Matt Scott and Colin Silvers led MHS tacklers with 11 and 10 respectively. Scott hauled in a pair of Cody Koebler passes good for 40 yards.
